Refund policy

At Terra Beyond Borders, we take great care in producing high-quality, made-to-order products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and while our items are custom-made, we offer support in case something goes wrong.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages & Issues

We strive for quality. If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong item, we’ll work to make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, whichever you prefer.

Please:

  • Inspect your order upon delivery
  • Contact us immediately if you notice any issues
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the problem

If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, your bank or credit card provider may need extra time to process and post the refund.

 

Exceptions

We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Incorrect sizing or color chosen by the customer
  • Misspellings or mistakes in personalized orders made by the buyer
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout
  • Digital products or gift cards

However, if you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us. We may be able to offer a replacement for a minimal production cost plus shipping.

 

Exchanges & Returns

All our products are made to order and shipped internationally. To simplify our process and reduce environmental impact, we do not process returns or exchanges.

Please refer to sizing guides and product details carefully before ordering.

 

Cancellations

Because our products are made on demand:

  • Physical products can only be cancelled before production begins (usually within 1–3 days). Please check the production time on each product page.
  • Digital products cannot be cancelled, as they are delivered automatically after purchase.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.
